Episode 4: Umami Burger

I was invited to the grand opening celebration for the newest location of Umami Burger in the meat packing district of Anaheim. Located about a mile away from the 5 freeway and within reach of Disneyland, this burger joint is in an interesting location with a neat decor. The menu has some hit and miss items. I was allowed to bring a guest and I chose Gloria Vega. I call Gloria my life saver. I think we met randomly via social media, at some food trucking etc. Not quite sure. My memory is a bit fuzzy with the details. She doesn't even know me that well but she's been there for me during two major events in my life which says a lot about this young lady. I can't even begin to thank her enough. She's my first guest on my podcast. Listen to our experience from that night.
